When personalisation expires it does NOT disconnect booths that are already working, and it deletes no photos. All that comes back is the default page styling and the one-booth limit when you next issue a pairing code.

Yes. Cloud is the online part of Fotillo and connects to the device through that software. You can create an account without a booth and look around the whole panel, but photos will only start arriving once a device is paired.
One on the free account, ten with personalisation active. Each has its own pairing code and its own folder, so photos from different devices never get mixed up.
A page with your logo and your price list, their photo ready to download, information about you as the data controller, and buttons to delete the photo or report abuse.
You are, as the controller — you decide the purposes and means of the processing. We process it on your behalf under a processing agreement. That is why the sharing page shows your contact details and not ours.
Two years, then they are deleted automatically. A guest can delete their own photo sooner with one click, and you can delete any photo from your booths.
Every file is encrypted before it leaves our server. The storage provider sees nothing but unreadable data — we alone hold the key, so even a failure on their side exposes no photos.
The booths keep working and no photo is lost. The sharing page returns to the default Fotillo styling, and the one-booth limit applies again when you issue a new pairing code.
Yes. An event works on a time window, so you can add it later and give your own styling to photos that have already been uploaded.
